By booking an appointment with Nailed It by Ella, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Appointments & Booking
• If you are 10+ minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled or shortened at my discretion.
• Due to limited space, it’s preferable to come alone, please let me know before hand if someone will be accompanying you.
• To ensure a relaxing and safe environment, I kindly ask that you do not bring children to your appointment. My space is not child-friendly, and I want to provide the best service possible without distractions. Thank you for understanding!
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
•No-Show Fee – If you fail to attend your appointment without prior notice, you will be required to pay 50% of the missed appointment cost.
•Repeat No-Shows – If you miss two or more appointments without notice, you will be required to pay 100% of the appointment cost upfront when booking future appointments.
•Late Cancellations – If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 48 hours notice to avoid a cancellation fee.
I understand that emergencies happen, so please communicate if you cannot make it. Thank you for respecting my time and business! 💅✨
3. Nail Services
• I do not work over other techs’ work—please book a soak-off if you have existing nails from another technician. (I will require you to sign a waiver if you insist on me working over other products as I cannot guarantee longevity).
• Repairs due to lifting or breakage are free within 48 hours; after that, a fee applies.
• No refunds—if you have concerns about your nails, you must contact me within 48 hours for adjustments.
4. Payments & Fees
• The remaining balance must be paid via cash or card.
• Failure to pay or disputing a completed service will result in a permanent booking ban.
5. Hygiene & Etiquette
• Please arrive with clean hands and no open cuts for health and safety reasons.
• Any rude, inappropriate, or disrespectful behavior will result in immediate cancellation without a refund.
6. Liability & Agreement
• Nailed It by Ella is not responsible for any allergic reactions or issues caused by failure to disclose medical conditions.
• By booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
