By booking an appointment with Nailed It by Ella, you agree to the following terms:

Appointments & Booking
A 50% deposit is required to secure all new client appointments.
Please arrive on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened or cancelled at my discretion.
Due to limited space, I kindly ask that you attend your appointment alone. If you need to bring someone, please let me know in advance.
To maintain a safe and relaxing environment, children are not permitted at appointments.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Failure to attend your appointment will result in a charge of 100% of the service cost.
Clients who miss two or more appointments without notice will be required to pay for future bookings in full at the time of booking.
I understand that emergencies can happen, clear communication is always appreciated.

Nail Services
I do not work over another technician’s work. If you have existing product, you will need to book a soak off. I do not remove acrylic.
Repairs due to lifting or breakage are complimentary within 48 hours. After this time, a repair fee will apply.
No refunds are offered. Any concerns must be raised within 48 hours of your appointment.

Payments & Fees
The remaining balance is payable at your appointment via cash or card.

Nailed It by Ella is not responsible for any allergic reactions or issues resulting from failure to disclose relevant medical conditions.
